Do I need to register to make the purchase?

Yes, it is necessary to make the purchase, but you can freely browse the page without registering. We need you to register to access the shipping details of your order.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Q77 + offers its customers free shipping in the Peninsula from € 20. Orders under € 20 the expense will be borne by the buyer for an amount of € 6.35 VAT included.

The Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla must bear the shipping costs that will be automatically calculated at the end of your purchase.

If an order is placed before 18:00 the delivery time will be 24-48 hours once the payment is confirmed (as long as the person is at home). The delivery service with MRW is delivery throughout the day, until 7:00 p.m.

Is it safe to buy in the Q77 + online store?

Yes, you can do it with total peace of mind, the relationships related to your order, and especially online payment by bank card, are protected. The transaction is made on a secure server (SSL) and your card number is encrypted

Can I return my order?

The maximum term to accept returns is 15 days after the purchase confirmation date.

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging. Returns of items that have been tampered with, opened or tested will not be accepted.

If your order arrives in poor condition, you must write it down on the carrier's delivery note, and contact our Customer Service department to inform us of the case, we will inform you of how to proceed with the return. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, we will review the packages and once they have been checked for their condition, and as long as appropriate, we will send your order again.

In the event that the return conditions are not met, Q77 + will not accept the return and will inform the customer of this by email. The rejected items will be available to the customer for 1 month in our warehouses, being able to request their shipment again, but previously assuming all the costs of the new delivery.

Q77 + reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

In case of loss, damage or delay of the shipment, the responsibility will be of the transport company and the Terms and Conditions of Transport of MRW will govern.

Cash on delivery

Payment will be made in cash, at the time of delivery of your order at your address. The courier service will charge 3.99 euros, as reimbursement management.

Where will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in his order. Shipments to post office boxes are not accepted.

How long will it take for the order to arrive?

Orders will be delivered to the specified address within 24 -48h * from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

*Orders placed before 6 pm from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) will be delivered in 24 hours, as long as the person is at home.

If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the one indicated in the shipping address of your registration and such change implies a re-dispatch by MRW, since it is another postal code, the customer must pay the cost corresponding to said change € 6 in the case of the Peninsula, and € 13 in the case of the Balearic Islands.

Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday (working days) with delivery until 7pm at the address that the recipient has previously indicated as the shipping address. In the case of home deliveries, these will be made from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. You can know the status of your order at any time in the link enabled in my account / history of my orders, by selecting the corresponding order. We will also send you an email and an SMS informing you of the shipping number so that you know that the merchandise is in transit to its destination.
